This project is an AI-powered Call Simulation & Training Platform designed to help users (such as sales agents or service advisors) practice and improve their communication skills through realistic, scenario-based simulations. In this MVP (Phase 1), the system focuses only on simulated calls (not real/live calls) across 5 predefined call types. Users interact with an AI-driven persona that mimics a real customer, respond using voice recordings, and receive automated feedback and scoring based on predefined scripts and performance criteria. The platform includes: A Simulation Lab where users practice calls with guided scripts An AI engine that evaluates responses, identifies strengths & weaknesses, and provides improvement suggestions A weighted scoring system to measure performance across different sections of a call An admin panel to manage scripts, users, roles, and scoring rules A basic analytics dashboard to track performance and progress over time Overall, the goal is to create a structured, AI-driven training environment that helps users improve call handling skills in a controlled, measurable, and scalable way.
