Media Star is a case management system that gathers cases from news websites and stores them on our platform. Cases are assigned via email, and there are also attached agencies and an integrated email system. A Gmail-like system is implemented, allowing users to compose emails, send them, and save them as drafts. Additionally, a custom Dropbox functionality is integrated. The system also includes OpenAI-powered features and sends reminders related to case statuses. We have also created teams and an analytics dashboard.
