we developed a full-stack platform combining a desktop monitoring application (4ur4electron) and a backend system (R34L) to provide real-time system monitoring and intelligent assistance. We built a cross-platform Electron app that continuously tracks system performance, detects issues, and allows users to perform remediation actions like cleaning temp files and terminating processes. On the backend, we implemented secure authentication, chatbot functionality, analytics, and real-time data handling using APIs and WebSockets. Our team integrated an AI-powered chatbot to assist users through text and voice interactions for troubleshooting and guidance. We also developed modules for logging, alerts, telemetry, and email notifications to ensure complete system visibility. The platform was designed with strong security, role-based access, and minimal performance overhead. Overall, our goal was to create a scalable, intelligent, and user-friendly solution for system monitoring and management.
