we designed and developed Ranthatch, a real estate rental marketplace that connects landlords and tenants through a seamless and user-friendly platform. We built a secure authentication system with OTP verification, password reset, and profile management for both user roles. Our team implemented key features such as property listing management for landlords, advanced search and filtering for tenants, and a real-time messaging system for communication. We integrated third-party services like Mapbox for location handling, AWS S3 for media storage, and Stripe for subscription-based monetization. Additionally, we developed dashboards for both landlords and tenants to manage listings, track activity, and improve user experience. The platform was designed with a responsive UI using modern technologies like React and Next.js. Overall, our goal was to create a scalable, secure, and efficient solution for property rental and discovery.
