In the TpT-Genie project, we developed a complete data-driven platform using React.js, Laravel, and MySQL that helps both buyers and sellers on the Teacher Pay Teachers platform make smarter decisions. We built a browser extension that scrapes real-time product data and provides insights like sales trends, customer satisfaction, and product performance directly on the TpT website. Along with this, we created a web dashboard that visualizes analytics such as tag performance, top sellers, and product comparisons using graphs and statistics. We also implemented features like saved products, favorites, advanced filtering, and data export to enhance usability. A secure authentication system with email verification and subscription-based access was integrated to manage users. Additionally, we developed an admin panel to monitor users, subscriptions, and revenue. Overall, our work focused on transforming raw marketplace data into actionable insights to improve user decision-making and increase sales performance.
